All appointment times are for solid colour only.
Additional time must be allocated to accommodate any nail art requests, and nail art designs must be discussed at least 48 hours prior to appointment to ensure both that the designs can be carried out, and that the client will be fully satisfied with the outcome.

"I can’t find infills on your price list — is that correct?”
Yes, that’s correct. I don’t offer discounted rates for infills. Each appointment includes a full rebalance to ensure your nails remain structurally sound, which typically takes the same amount of time — if not more — than a fresh set.
I also carry out thorough natural nail prep every time, so I’ve chosen to charge a flat rate per service to reflect the time, care, and quality involved.

"Do you offer BIAB?”
Yes and no. BIAB® is a trademarked product by The Gel Bottle, which is a brand I don’t use in my studio. However, I do offer builder in a bottle and potted builder gels from other trusted professional brands.
Please keep in mind that not every nail type is suitable for builder gel — suitability will be assessed during your appointment.

“What is a prescriptive manicure?”
The term prescriptive manicure is becoming more popular in the industry, but it’s something I’ve offered since the start of my career.
This means I tailor your service based on your individual nail type, job, and lifestyle. You’ll receive a full consultation at your appointment to determine which product will work best for you — giving you a truly customised result that lasts.
“I need my nails done quickly.”
I totally understand that time is precious — which is why you’ll find estimated treatment durations listed alongside my services for your reference.
That said, I take great pride in thorough natural nail prep and ensuring the health of your nails and surrounding skin. Rushing through the process compromises that care, and it’s simply not how I work.
If you're looking for quick sets over quality and detail, I may not be the right technician for you — and that's okay!

“Why do you charge extra for nail art?”
Every price on my service list has been carefully calculated to reflect both product usage and the time involved — and to be fair to both you as a valued client and me as your technician.
While I love creating custom nail art, it does require extra time and skill, and that needs to be accounted for. Just as anyone would expect to be paid for all the hours they work, I price nail art accordingly — especially as product and supply costs continue to rise.
I always aim to keep my pricing transparent and as affordable as possible.

“Does solid colour include all your gel polish colours?”
Yes! You’re welcome to choose any shade from my gel polish colour books, including those gorgeous glitters. As long as it’s a gel polish, it’s included in your service — no hidden fees or surprises.
